WELCOME,
- Former Alaskan, I moved to my current home of South Carolina 3 years ago. Since arriving here I have obtained the following certificates: Chemical Dependency Peer Support, practitioner in Reiki I & II, Theta, Access Bars(Energy Healing) and other modalities. I have worked with both men and women in a wide range of years from children, teenagers, adults to elders.
- I believe that healing the mind, body & spirit is imperative to living a healthy purposeful life. I am open minded & continuing to learn new modalities while helping others heal. I am fortunate and grateful to have teachers helping me grow in my journey, my hope is to do the same for others.
- In my free time I enjoy Yoga, gardening, music, travel art, pets, friends, community and live events. I say yes to a lot of things today, all of which are healthy and good for me.
- Energy healing practices can greatly help the average person dealing with everyday life issues as well as those suffering with addictions,trauma & difficult life events.
- Meditation and energy work has helped me tremendously with my healing process through my own addictions & lifes events.
